At Welsh Stonework we are pleased to be able to supply Welsh Pennant Stone, which provides a superior product suitable for all building projects from house building to the smallest DIY ideas, both internally and externally. Welsh Stonework began as a father and son business that has always put the quality of our work and customer first. With over 50 years experience together we believe we have learned some of the important aspects of specialised and general building work. We specialise in stone work, but can cover a lot more to a very high standard. For example, we are also experienced in the “Self Build” scenario, where it is vital to monitor both progress and cost. We are able to act in either a Project Manager role, or a contracting or sub-contracting role as required.

The stone is extracted from the Gwrhyd Quarry, which is situated in the Upper Swansea Valley, on the edge of the Brecon Beacons National Park. The Blue/Grey colouration of the stone provides a finish second to none.
